Social Visit Pass

This can be issued to:

• Spouse, unmarried children (below 21 years of age) and parents of Singapore citizens or permanent resident of Singapore. 

• Parents and parents-in-law of Employment Pass holders. 

• Mothers of Student Pass holders. 

• Expectant mothers. 

Tourists, persons attending short business negotiations and discussions, and others. 

There is no application fee for a visa of less than three-month duration. In addition to the earlier mentioned documents, you will be required to submit the following (where applicable):

• Proof of your relationship with your sponsor. 

• Your sponsor's Singapore Identity Card/Entry permit. 

A letter from the employer of your sponsor who is an Employment Pass holder, undertaking responsibility for your stay, maintenance and repatriation. 

Your doctor's letter stating date of delivery and a letter from your Embassy or High Commission stating that your child will follow your nationality.
