Institute of Engineering & Technology, Faridkot started functioning in
1997 is a self-supporting and self-financed privately managed institute and is
not aided by any Government agency. It is being developed on a 40-acre piece
of land on the main Faridkot – Sadiq Road. The institute is about 7 Km from
the outskirts of Faridkot Town and is located at Machani Kalan..Adequate
buildings such as lecture halls,drawing halls,laboratories,workshops,library
to meet the requirements for three years have already been completed.Further
addition is an ongoing process as per requirements.
The
institute is duly approved by AllIndia Council for Technical Education and
Government of Punjab.It is affiliated to PTU, Jalandhar for running the
following desciplines leading to B.Tech. degree
