PARACHUTE

Now you can make a parachute at home and watch it float down just like you see pilots do it in the movies when their plane is going to crash.

Requirements:
Disc of cloth 18" diameter or a large handkerchief.
Thin strings.
Weight.
Scissors.
Pencil.
Ruler.

What to do:

Step 1 : Mark out a piece of cloth with ruler and pencil to make 8 equal sized panels.

Step 2 : Number the panels from 1 to 8.

Step 3 : Attach 12" lengths of string to numbered points 1 to 8.

Step 4 : Then tie all ends together.

Step 5 : Tie weight to the bottom of strands. Fold parachute and throw into the air.

Watch your parachute float down.
