Egg
Samosa
Ingredients:
250g wheat flour 1 egg 1 cup of water 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp ghee or butter 250g oil 1 small onion 1
green chili A few coriander leaves
Method:

Add water to the flour and knead into dough. Keep aside
for a while.

Beat the egg well and add chopped onion, green chili,
coriander leaves and salt to it.

Now take two small balls of the dough and spread ghee in
between them. Roll out together into a chapathi.

Heat the
tawa, and place the chapathi on it.

Take it out when fried on both sides, and shake a little
till the both chapathis separates. Now cut it long into
stripes.

Take each stripe, put some egg mixture on it, roll up
and deep fry until golden brown

Serve hot with ketchup.
